Sept 2024 - present: Taking on an extended scope. With this, my role moved to being the Lead Engineering Program Manager for all of post-training, including managing all of the data and evaluation programs, model training across pre-training & post-training of the Command models, and coordination of product launches for our generative models. This means I lead company-wide (400+ employees & 400+ contractors) Engineering & Technical Programs to guarantee the success of our generative model development end-to-end from planning and execution all the way to go-to-market.Sept 2023 - Aug 2024: Engineering Program Manager responsible for managing all of Cohere's Data programs, while supporting all of our Data functions, with a Data organization consisting of 30+ ICs, 7 Engineering Managers, and 400 contractors. Supported teams & functions including Data Acquisition, Data Engineering, Automated & Manual Model Evaluation, Data Annotation, and Data Tooling. In addition to my core responsibilities, I've managed various other programs across the Generative ML organization, as well as leading major flagship product launches, including the latest versions of Command R & Command R+!

Engineering Linguist / Taxonomist developing the world's largest professional knowledge graph, LinkedIn's Economic Graph, with a focus on Products & Services. Key responsibilities revolved around establishing the data curation, data annotation, and data quality assurance processes for creating the standardized knowledge base powering the launch of the B2B Products Marketplace, as well as powering multiple downstream applications including Profile, Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and many more. Additional responsibilities included project management and program management responsibilities for key initiatives, expanding and maintaining related taxonomies and ontologies, designing end-to-end annotation pipelines to create data for training and evaluating machine learning models, and training/onboarding of team members.

Linguistic Data Analyst working on developing the various ML models powering Siri, including TTS/ASR models, statistical parsers, lemmatizers, tokenizers, intent classifiers etc., working as a contractor for Apple on-site, contracted on behalf of GlobeTech. Additionally, responsibilities included Quality Assurance work, including white box testing, black box testing, exploratory testing, regression testing, and creating & maintaining automated test cases and test suites, root cause analysis (RCA) on bugs and implementation of backend fixes to resolve both software and modeling related issues, developing and expanding ontologies and other form of structured / semi-structured data to improve models' precision and coverage, and leveraging state of the art Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools to improve key offline and online metrics
