Coordinated all flight operations to include oversight of scheduling, training, standardization and evaluation and coordination between 5 other departments.● Supervised 46 boom operators, evaluated and instructed air refueling procedures.● Guided training for 16 operational qualifications, upgrades, and requalifying nearly 50 students.● Revised the department’s process for refueling reimbursements and slashed the deficit timeline by 90%; nearly removing a monthly $200K deficit.

Selected as lead evaluator for senior boom operators of each 135+ Air Force branches (Active Duty and Air National Guard). Supervised 12 employees members and managed the Special Operations Air Refueling sector in charge of night vision goggle training and classroom instruction along with coordinating multi-lateral exercises to include all armed forces. Culminated as the squadron superintendent of the 22d Operations Support Squadron in charge of managing the 9 enlisted members and overseeing training of new boom operators sent to the base.● Supervised 3 personnel in execution of AF’s only KC-135 Central Flight Instructor Course program and managed 12 Formal Training Unit / 80 students yearly.● Onboarded new Flight Commander (COO); taught 12 processes, 103 tasks with zero issues and transparent turnover to staff.● Instructed graduate-level training to 978 students from 5 MAJCOMs, ANG, and international students in annual $93.9M / 8.8K+ flight hour training program.● Identified student testing integrity problem; procured and installed $1K CCT system; saved 4.1K hours and $90K yearly.
