Aligned Australian standard Primary Mental Health Care Minimum Data Set (PMHC-MDS) with customised requirements for specialist perinatal health service. Worked with stakeholders and developers to build and deploy new CMS, and managed data migration from old platform to ensure single source of truth.Used Azure Data Factory to manage APIs to input data from CMS, telephony system, and webforms into data warehouse; wrote extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to perform data blending; designed and built reporting solutions for funders, marketing drives, and operational stakeholders.

Developed tiered reporting solution for My Mental Fitness app. Managed technical specifications for Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) into Converge's EAP offering, and implemented policy of continuous improvement via collaboration with stakeholders across the business.Designed, built and delivered bespoke reports for large clients with analysis and commentary on EAP delivery during COVID-19 lockdowns across Australia. In 2018 Optum Australia divested to LifeWorks, part of Morneau Shepell, a global wellness company that modernises the way organisations engage with their employees about wellbeing.I acted as data governance lead during the transition of the Australian business from Optum to LifeWorks. I revitalised usage reports for our client base and worked with executive stakeholders to design and builld clinical and operational reports. I managed the planning and implementation of significant process and policy updates during a period of rapid organisational change.

Designed global data store for international health care analytics division, extracting from multiple international clinical databases and reshaping data to fit one consistent schema for our reporting platform, while adhering to regional and international data privacy laws.

Optum (part of UHG) was the leading global provider of Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), organisational development and wellbeing solutions.I was responsible for data gathering, modelling and visualisation, as well as gathering requirements, writing and maintaining business cases, mockups, wireframes, flowcharts & process maps. I assisted with software architecture and user experience improvements, quality assurance and user acceptance, and product launch and user training.I captured requirements, designed business processes, and successfully implemented solutions for Optum APAC's new business and contract renewal process, national critical incident workflow, and online booking platform for wellness services.

Managed a million dollar client portfolio. Provided briefings with advice and recommendations relating to employee health services, managed complaint resolution, handled record keeping and negotiated new business enquiries.

Subcontracted with Reckitt Benckiser to provide support to individuals using buprenorphine to assist treatment of opiate addiction. Used motivational interviewing (MI) techniques to increase the likelihood individuals maintained their treatment schedule, minimise risk factors for relapse, and provide referrals to specialists such as financial assistance and legal aid when required.
