CurrentJLL Strategic Consulting GroupKey Responsibilities• Partnering with the client Workplace Executive to ensure that objectives and strategic direction are achieved and maintained.• Ensuring that the client's work environment (inclusive of office space, retail environments where the client's employees and members interact, and WFH) adheres to corporate standards and is meeting internal customer expectations and needs.• Leading and consulting on Workplace initiatives requiring strategic and tactical guidance.• Developing and supporting change readiness for major projects and pilots inclusive of support and creation of appropriate communications, graphics, and materials.• Providing workplace solutions for tactical planning requests from the business.• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of workplace, space utilization, and effectiveness of space.• Understand the activities and processes that individuals and teams at the client use to accomplish their work and ensure that the work environment supports optimal engagement and productivity.• Provide insight and research through sharing of Workplace information from internal and external sources: articles, trends, best practices, etc.Leadership Functions• Know how to evaluate external threats and capabilities, internal strengths and weaknesses, and logically establish a path forward that is consistent with both vision and reality. Adjust actions and decision-making for focus on critical initiatives and issues that will drive business performance.• Serve as a functional expert on enterprise initiatives. Lead strategy and visioning sessions and cross-functional initiatives related to the nature of work and business capabilities.• Partner with other client groups to co-develop enterprise work and workplace strategies or align to their strategies.
