In 2013, I left my Law degree, driven by a calling to “work with people where they are at.” This decision marked the start of a journey dedicated to serving individuals who are vulnerable, in crisis, or recovering from trauma—work that has shaped my career and purpose ever since.With a core belief that people matter, I am committed to ensuring that the innate dignity of every individual is upheld in all I do. This principle has guided me through leadership, collaboration, and the pursuit of meaningful impact.As CEO of ChaplainWatch since 2019, I have been privileged to lead a team devoted to expanding our mission of “watching out for you when good times go bad.” Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked to strengthen partnerships, build up our people, and enhance our support for those in crisis.In 2025, I will step into the role of Head of Growth and Culture at My Therapy Crew. In this role, I’ll focus internally on building a strong organisational culture rooted in vision, values, and shared purpose. Externally, I look forward to collaborating with like-minded partners, growing our networks, advocating for My Therapy Crew’s work, and co-creating opportunities to extend our reach and positive impact in the community.While my professional journey is deeply fulfilling, my most important roles are as a husband and father. Balancing family life with my purpose-driven work is at the heart of who I am, shaping how I lead and connect with others.
