I'm a native Atlantan and take pride in being at the heart of the city's cultural scene. I'm old enough to remember late nights at MJQ and young enough to convince myself I still have a few left in me.I live by the idea that exponential change is not achieved through incremental processes and tactics. Previously, the Vice President of Marketing at TVS, where I brought an entrepreneurial spirit to my role at the firm. My 20 year entrepreneurial journey taught me how to look at a business holistically and the importance of cross-department collaboration. I appreciate the power of a well-placed bet; From a bold rebrand and rename of a 50+ year old design firm, a successful exit of a financial services practice, to scaling a consumer brand across ~4k locations nationwide, I like to think big. This entrepreneurial mindset informs my approach to helping companies achieve successful go-to-market outcomes across Marketing, RevOps, Brand, and take pride in breaking down silos and encouraging collaboration. I'm passionate about the crossroads of design, technology and marketing, leveraging tech to make data driven decisions to optimize revenue generation opportunities. One of my go-to approaches draws inspiration from high growth industries and figuring out how to apply growth strategies to more traditional markets. There's a massive opportunity for the companies that are willing to embrace change and take action. I help identify "what" that action should be. At TVS, I reinvigorated the firm's identity through a successful rebranding, developed two tech forward websites. My leadership was instrumental in effectively marketing TVS's cutting-edge design technology, driving business development, and client engagement.As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), I worked alongside the firm's top leaders to set the strategic direction and foster sustainable long-term growth. I was appointed co-chair of the Revenue Committee by the firm's CEO, where I played an integral role in the firm's ongoing adoption of a data driven operating and revenue model. I helped identify and implement marketing and sales technology to drive profitability and top-line revenue growth.Off duty, I'm an active runner, doing my best thinking while pounding the pavement. I'm known for having a green thumb and being a decent chef. The energy and creativity I derive from my work influences nearly every aspect of both my personal and professional life.
