While still in college, I spearheaded growth at two pivotal start-ups: Sakon (world’s first truly global online telco) and SBX (Singapore’s Billing Exchange, a pioneering EBPP initiative). By using uncommon innovative strategies & systems, I helped propel these companies to a staggering combined valuation of over $200 million by private equity and government investment companies by 2003.I then founded Project Renaissance (a management consultancy) to help businesses turnaround, innovate and unlock outsized value and returns in excess of $500M. Along my journey, I realised that people hold a vital key to success, and so started leadership & innovation coaching and training as a way to achieve our consulting outcomes for our clients.
