Led the modernization of SDLC at SonderMind through infrastructural updates, augmentation, and CI/CD automation while considering and adjusting existing process requirements. This has led to a rapidly scaling velocity of delivery while simultaneously increasing our quality controls and security.This was accomplished through several efforts focused on building the foundational components to a code-driven SDLC: GitOps-driven testing, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes-powered deployments, and SDLC supporting all of the components used to build those capabilities out. By controlling all of these components via their own SDLC we have ensured that the very foundation of our code delivery chain is self-correcting and resilient to personnel changes and human error.
