What sets me apart as a UX designer is the unique blend of experiences that have shaped my approach to design. My journey started when I decided to make a big change in my life, which led me to relocate and actively seek opportunities in design. My passion for design grew from my love of photography and my interest in the tech field. I’ve always been drawn to making websites more visually appealing and user-friendly. I first noticed this when I struggled to navigate my school’s website to find the calendar for the recent upcoming sports events, realizing how much better the experience could be with a more intuitive design.Transitioning into UX design felt like a natural step for me because of my commitment to understanding the challenges users face when trying to perform simple tasks. I approach design with a user-first mentality, always considering the needs of all types of users. Having friends with epilepsy has given me firsthand insight into the importance of accessible design. I'm dedicated to leveraging user research to uncover insights that lead to intuitive, user-centered solutions. My work in redesigning websites and creating engaging digital experiences is driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact for the end user.
