I started my Air Force career as an Avionics Specialist Craftsman for the United States Air Force. I worked and maintained the C-130J aircraft as a first-line supervisor. As a first-line supervisor, I managed my shift. I made the calls on what maintenance actions would be performed on the aircraft that followed in my purview. I evaluated and wrote yearly performance reports to the personnel assigned under me. I changed my career path within the Air Force and became a Equal Opportunity Specialist/Advisor as of late 2020. I process military and civilian unlawful discrimination and harassment complaints. I provide human relations education. I am certified to perform Mediation and Facilitation through the Alternate Dispute Resolution process. I advise military leaders on human relations issues. My position entails me to manage and analyze a yearly climate survey for every workplace. I perform workplace visitations to get a reading on the workplace environment.I am a hardworker that will always show up to work on time. I have an analytical personality which helps me be more aware of issues around me. I have a knack to produce a more organized work area to enhance productivity.I have received an Applied Science Associates Degree in Avionics Technology through Air University. I am certified through the FCC as a Radiotelephone and radar operator for boats and aircraft. I have an associates degree for business management through Park university. I have also obtained my B.S in Business Management Human Resources through Park University in which I received the Summa Cum Laude honors.
