-Undergraduate assistant in a nanoengineering research lab focusing on energy technologies, wearable sensors, and haptics-Worked independently and with a team of undergraduate researchers to design an epidermal sensor apparatus that measures human swallowing patterns through strain and EMG signals-Coded I2C communications between Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards to receive strain data-Evaluated the mechanical and electrical properties of various innovative materials, including metallic nanoislands, PEDOT:PSS, TPU, and diverse other conductive polymers, and explored their potential applications-Used Solidworks to design and 3D print various types of sensors, then conducted resistance and strain testing of the sensors, then analyzed and plotted the results using MATLAB-Trained to use equipment such as the DLS microscope, force gauge, spin coater, sonicator and plasma cleaner

-Organized recruiting of the club and team members, similarly organized and led team meets and practices-Created presentations to receive district approval for the club-Led fundraising initiatives to purchase club equipment, and used some of these funds to enter the team in multiple large-scale competitions

-Returned to my Elementary School and taught kids lessons in chess, focused on teaching the game as well as mindset and attitude needed to succeed.-Oversaw the annual tournament between many different schools in the county, scored games and settled disputes between players

-Assisted lead teachers in developing lesson ideas and personally created projects to be completed by kids enrolled at the camp-Designed and led a team who created props and any physical items needed for any theatrical productions-Entertained kids, taught useful lessons, and generally made sure all kids were on task and following all camp guidelines
