Jesse Caylor, Ph.D., is a Senior Human Resources Manager and Global Selection & Assessments Leader working in Global Talent Acquisition at Procter & Gamble. Professionally, his work is centered on the development and implementation of equitable and efficient assessment solutions that serve the needs of a multinational corporation. He is responsible for the global pre-hire assessment strategy, including end-to-end interview processes and skills-based hiring, as well as the usage of artificial intelligence to enable recruiter capability and improve candidate experience. He has additional responsibilities, both Globally and for North America, as the strategic leader and center of expertise for PwD (People with Disabilities) recruiting. He also co-leads the Industrial-Organizational Business Challenge and HR Crew – designed to support the recruitment of I-O talent and early HR career professionals, respectively.Academically, he received his B.A. in Psychology from Park University (2012), as well as his M.S. (2018) and Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from FIT (2021). His personal research interests include stigmatized identity management in work teams and other topics related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He has previously had work published in Organizational Psychology Review, authored a book chapter on DEI in military teams, and presented at SIOP, ICAP, INGRoup, and IOOB.
