My previous role was as the Federal Sales Director, with a focus on supporting the Warfighter through assisting Government end-users and System Integrators worldwide. As the South West Executive Account Manager for Lexmark I was charged with maintaining and supporting customer relationships within Army, Air Force, Navy, Department of State and Veterans Affairs accounts. My intent was to better understand the customer output environment within these organizations, to include the security of hard copy and electronic data which drives their processes. Understanding our customers and their environment ultimately allowed us to create CAC enabled software solutions which connected our users with the necessary information needed for their processes, resulting in a positive experience for the War Fighter and those supporting the mission.While at Lexmark I also performed this position in New York supporting the North East Region for three years as well as the Pacific Rim for three years which included international travel to: India, China, South Korea and Japan.

I was released from service in the summer of 2007 with an Honorable Discharge. My expertise was in Signal Intelligence and focused on the tactical deployment and installation of IT infrastructure. I was also highly involved in our physical fitness training as well as the management and professional development of soldiers. I proudly led a team of Soldiers and served my Country honorably while maintaining a Top Secrect Clearance.
