Although I’ve enjoyed the past three years in social services, I’m excited to pivot my career from providing resources to people in need to supporting people with their technical difficulties. My career experience and skills have grown from my desire to learn a little bit about everything. I’ve loved learning about how things work and are processed, which led to my learning about the IT Industry. Although it isn’t something I work in currently, I always find myself helping others with their technical needs. I have experience in developing and following stringent protocols and am quick to discover solutions to issues. I stay up-to-date on current trends in technology and am eager to expand my experience within the industry.
