Whether building mind-blowing experiences or building confidence through health and wellness my mission remains the same: help every client feel like a rockstar while making their goals a reality.Event production allows me to inspire joy through a creative process similar to producing a play or musical. Together, we'll bring your big ideas to life by telling a story with a customized beginning, middle, and end where every detail leaves an emotional and memorable impression on your guests. As a wellness/fitness professional, I have coached and inspired people around the world to move through life with a rockstar mentality. Clients have ranged from Tony and Grammy award winners to teachers and teens. Currently, as a part of the Equinox Group Fitness team, I combine the energy of performance with the science of fitness as I teach and motivate members weekly.I believe when life and work are executed with passion the possibilities are endless.
