Jesse Crary concentrates his practice in the areas of captive insurance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. His practice is largely focused on representing and advising single parent and group captive insurance companies, including risk retention groups and sponsored captives, in planning, formation, operation and dissolution. He is experienced in insurance company conversions, including demutualizations, reciprocal conversions, mergers and acquisitions, and captive redomestications.Jesse graduated from the University of Vermont in 1996 and from Vermont Law School in 2006, where he served as a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and as a judicial intern for the Honorable John Dooley of the of the Vermont Supreme Court.
