I milked cows, cleaned up the barns, filled silos, ran chainsaws, drove tractors, and whatever else was needed. During my senior year in high school, I worked with masons as a labor. After I graduated, I went into the Navy. I served as an aviation boatswains mate, moving planes. I repaired over 125 heating and cooling units aboard the USS Kearsarge. The Navy sent me to medical school. Afterward, I served as a Corpsman for three years. I was honorably discharged in 2014 while receiving 2 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals during my active service. I began pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Western Carolina University, Fall 2014. I was nominated into the Tau beta Psi honors society and was soon elected President of the organization. This guarantees that I belong to the top 1/8 of my class and I was hand selected by my professors for displaying outstanding professionalism. I graduated in May 2018 with a BS-ME. I now have work experience with Mechanical design including CNC machined parts and Electrical design in power systems for medium voltage motors and feeders. I currently work, creating electrical schematics for motor starters and feeders, integrating PLC systems, customized per customer specifications.
