Guided the discussions about the reports to built, and in which tools, and the security discussion. Gave a short introduction in Clarity for the new BI-team.

Business Inteligence on the patient-oriented data, so based on the Clarity-tool of the EPD Epic. Restructured the system in which business intelligence was distributed, which gave the end-users more choice. This also gave more high-level information, in addition to the existing lower-level information (eg. patient lists). Thereby fixing and updating existing reports and make brand new ones. Some of these new reports were about brand new topics, so based on earlier not used parts of the database. Also teacher during a day-long training about process improvement based on PDCA.

The capacity manager optimizes the usages of both spatial as personal capacitates to provide better care to our patients. The capacities include the outpatient clinics, the emergency department, intensive care, inpatient clinic with the focus on the operating rooms. Here I divide operation time over the specialisms and make sure their operation room schedules are aligned. Further, I make policies, simplify processes and provide information and support. Together with the organizational managers these are implemented. From september 2013 on, I fulfilled this function ad interim as I had a new job in the hospital.

Plan was to update the signal anslysis part of the code, which the company uses to analyse 24hr and 48hr-ECG-patterns, as obtained by holter monitors. However, it turned out to be a too large task for the limited time I could spend so we decided to end my work after only a few months.
