Authored complete marketing strategy for lead generation; including market research, web optimization, social media, email, content strategy, and funnel optimization.Re-imagined the Five Q client journey, mapping out every touchpoint with the goal of guiding non-profits from unaware prospects to raving fans of Five Q.Formed a Mastermind Slack channel including 15 expert leaders and members of the Five Q target audience. The Mastermind group serves as a real-time, free, and ongoing focus group for Five Q.

We collaboratively crafted, experimented and iterated elegant experiences that were user-centric, data-driven and mission-critical.In other words, we crashed art and tech together.We created technology products and digital content that accelerated Bible translation, connected the global body of Christ and helped fulfill the great commission Jesus gave us.In this role, I had the opportunity architect the new Interactive Department and lead Product and all creative technology efforts. Responsible for UI/UX design, video, digital prototyping, and iterative product design/development process. Designed department culture, org structure, job descriptions, team processes, and rituals.Led the implementation of the Agile mindset and a healthy creative process to influence the culture for all of Seed Company.Selected as Seed Company Innovation Champion, leading a cross-departmental executive team toward a framework and method for innovation across Seed Company.

Designed the Connections department to include four teams: Content Strategy, Art, Story, and Digital Experience.Responsible for all marketing, creative, and communication efforts, including brand, design, video, editorial, project management, digital marketing, and web development. Led the rebrand of Seed Company including the relaunch of all web properties and redesign of all print and digital collateral.During leadership of marketing and creative teams, total revenue grew $13 million and 65%, with an average of 21.67% YOY growth across 3 years (FY13 to FY16).

Led and built out a team responsible for all web properties, online strategy, and digital marketing for Seed Company.Developed new vision and content strategy for social media marketing that resulted in multiplied social engagement, measured by growth of Klout score, increased comments, follows, and sharing of our content.

Led the DaySpring Internet Marketing team including two direct reports, six indirect reports and many outside resources. Led with biblically-centered focus on relationship marketing, innovation, content curation, community development and consumer based strategy. Our team contributed outstanding ROI, over 30% YOY online sales growth, and increased brand equity for DaySpring.Role included vision development, strategic planning, management, and execution of DaySpring’s digital marketing and key corporate online initiatives. Included Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising, On-Site Optimization, and E-Commerce.Developed a core competency in digital marketing and a true center of excellence for DaySpring, regularly working closely with senior leadership, cross-department business leaders, and product marketers and being widely recognized as industry leaders.
