• Provide continuous support and training to over 200 staff across Western Canada.• Works with teams to implement Salesforce CRM to organize and maintain client relationships and to target prospective clients• Challenge workflow processes in order to realize efficiencies in trading and management of advisor business for both transactional, fee based and discretionary advisors using Charles River
