Jesse Ray, SR/WA, is a Sr. Project Manager for Contract Land Services (CLS). Jesse provides property acquisition functions that include negotiations, cost estimates, and other general project support functions including research, assist with title review, project funding estimates, file management, project tracking, and database management for the CLS Northwest Regional Office. Jesse graduated in 2012 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on finance and business management. Jesse now has his SR/WA certification through the International Right of Way Association. Jesse received the Senior Right of Way designation, "SR/WA" , through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) in 2018. This is the highest credential offered by the IRWA.CLS has extensive experience in negotiating on behalf of our clients. For more than two decades, we’ve acted as our client’s advocate to reach fair and equitable settlements with thousands of property owners, lease holders, and interest holders all across the U.S. And along the way, we’ve helped build positive relationships with both property owners and community leaders.CLS’s negotiators are experts in Right of Way issues and will meet with landowners wherever necessary.
