Hello all, My name is Jesse Reiner and I am a student here at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I am currently pursuing the career of Construction Management and hopefully with the correct amount of work experience and knowledge be able to withstand the family business of R&R Excavating (heavy Highway) and make it my own. I have been working there mainly in the field for the past few summers and honestly I really do love it. Being a laborer does get tough but in the back of my mind I realize how much I am actually learning just from doing and watching. I am excited to say I do definitely want to work somewhere outside of this company to really get the gist of everything that goes on in a company of this size.
