After spending the first half of his career designing structural systems, Jesse found his true passion in building teams and optimizing processes, recently supporting a multibillion-dollar national defense project. He is a structural engineer licensed in three states, California, Massachusetts, and Arizona, and specializes in strategically connecting people to grow personal and corporate success.As the Director of Fundraising for Decom.ai, Jesse drives both the capital raises required to scale the business and customer revenue generation. He brings experience as an Engineering Apprentice with the US Air Force and most recently served as an Engineering Supervisor for FDH, a civil engineering firm in Raleigh, North Carolina.
