As a leading hand, I worked on projects ranging from the $2.8 million Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Center (Frankston, Vic) to the $7.8 million Monash University Biomedical Teaching and Learning Laboratory (Clayton, Vic).- Led a team of 6 responsible for electrical installation in 436 apartments across two towers. Successfully managed the two sub-teams across both buildings simultaneously. - Improved existing internal documentation/drawings systems to increase efficiency. Achieved reductions in repeat requests for information.-Succeeded in individually delivering multiple, unique common areas across a large footprint site, significantly reducing overheads during a time of restricted labor.
