Worked as a QM for an R&D business unit that developed laser cutting and welding systems. In this roll I managed a department that completed quality improvement projects and consistently delivered on time inspection results to team members. I also implemented quality systems in alignment with the business units mission vision and values.

Worked as SQE for medical device manufacturer. Worked to ensure quality throughout product, process, and quality system. The organization maintained a ISO 13485 certification which I became a lead auditor in and helped to align the quality system with business strategies.

Worked as QE in high volume machining environment to ensure quality and reliability in the automotive product produced at the facility. The organization maintained a TS 16949 certification, and I was involved in many activities related to quality to the quality system.
