Make custom alterations and repairs to customer firearms including machining, welding, and other methods of fabrication to meet the specific needs of individuals. Advise customers on correct actions to pursue involving liability and safety concerns during the process of upgrades/restorations. Handle special ordering and data entry of all inventory in the store. Manage company website and handle all associated social media regarding store events as well as new product lines as they become available. Control all functions of the Gunsmith shop, including repairs, diagnosis, firearm rebuilding, stock refinishing, custom part fabrication, parts replacement and machine maintenance. Protect the liability of the company by maintaining compliance regulations as set forth by the ATF, OSHA and the EPA. Inspect firearms for manufacturer defects and direct warranty parts replacement. Maintain department inventory and budget requirements. Manage all customer questions and objections courteously and professionally.
