Direct the Aircraft Sales and Marketing Departments at Jetstream Aviation while also serving on the business development side for finding, vetting, and onboarding management Clients. My top priorities are safety, my Clients, my team, and our communication. I attend many aviation and broker specific conferences each year to ensure I am current on the industries opinions and standards while also maintaining my invaluable relationships within the industry and my Clients.

I pursued and oversaw all facets of increasing Jetstream’s business profits to include aircraft management, aircraft sales, and charter sales. Through this, I assisted the Aircraft Sales Director in individual transactions allowing the opportunity to learn aircraft sales and the flight coordination department in covering shifts to assist in scheduling flights/selling charters. Additionally, I helped the President in selling management contracts for future clients.I also represented clients in aircraft transactions. I created an individual revenue source while supporting the flow of aircraft management services with in-house sales and acquisition services. This included meeting and enabling new management clients.

Collaborated with the industry leading professionals based in Idaho to better general aviation’s involvement in the community. This included being active in state government legislator, providing better opportunities for underserved communities, and being able to provide insight and help to all areas of private aviation. In the end, after careful consideration, I decided to resign from my role as my vision and values were no longer aligned with the current direction of the association.

During the pandemic, my duty had changed to be remote by inputting and analyzing patients admitted with SARS-Cov-2. I initiated patient admission into musculoskeletal and chest pain studies in the emergency room to analyze their foregoing health conditions and in-patient therapy effect administered by physical therapists. I utilized HIPAA training by interacting with patients and examining medical charts to collect subject data. I engaged in research development and collection with the primary investigator, physical therapist, and research team to produce valuable findings in the emergency medicine field.

As a Clinical Applications Specialists (CAS), I was a product expert that provided applications and technical support for all clinical product applications. This applications and technical expertise was used to support sales growth through delivering exceptional technical support. I ensured a high degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty to BioFire products as the primary contact for system applications, technical support, troubleshooting of instrument, reagent, and software issues. I also managed the complaint handling process to ensure the timely, accurate resolution of customer complaints, which often involved working closely with other groups, such as Post Market Surveillance, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Systems Integration, Legal, Service, and Instrument Production. The CAS support BioFire (BFDX) customers, distribution partners, BioMerieux (BMX) subsidiaries/distributors, BMX Global Customer Support, and the BFDX Sales network (Sales Managers, Clinical Implementation Managers, Corporate Account Managers, Field Applications Specialists, etc.). I also played an active role and serve as a customer advocate during product development, improvement, transfer, and release to ensure that the customer’s perspective is represented.

Researched and developed physical and inorganic compounds in Dr. Thomas Richmond's laboratory. Lead experiments hypothesized by primary investigator in hopes of producing publishable findings. Sustained chemistry laboratory techniques required for chemistry research including glove box reactions and infrared spectroscopy techniques for analyzing data

Organized and instructed laboratory classes consisting of 20+ students to aid in their understanding of quantitative techniques, chemistry principles comprehension, and safety procedures. Enhanced teaching responsibilities, leadership, and management skills to advocate success in students. Strengthened student knowledge by doing in lab lectures and holding office hours for additional instruction.

Collaborate closely with the Professors and head of departments for the University of Utah College of Science. Represent the undergraduate student body for the Curriculum Committee. Express my opinions on regulations and curriculum changes in how they undergraduate student body will feel about future curriculum modifications. Communicating my concerns and opinions pushed me to improve my leadership and perspective as a student.

Created new projects and sustained communication within the Green Chemistry Committee. Strived to reduce harmful chemical waste and laboratory glove waste. Collaborated with professors, recycling companies, and students to reach a common mindset of being environmentally friendly.

Cared for 50 donors a day to guarantee that complications were avoided and minimized to maintain safety. Diagnosed and aided patients who presented shock, fainting, citrate reactions, or other medical problems. Trained four months beforehand to be nationally licensed in phlebotomy and first aid certified.

Analyzed ammonium by-product of Ag Concepts commercially produced fertilizer to optimize the product manufacturing efficiency in hopes for enhanced crop yields. Refined and executed methods to research ammonium admittance by utilizing a spectrophotometer. Collaborated with coworkers and supervisors to evaluate research methods for optimal outcomes.

Awarded $2,400 research grant in which I composed and directed my independent research project. Researched microfluidics to improve particle separation in fluids by high pressure spiral channels. Discovered relation between the ratio of spiral channel diameter and dean flow separation of particles. Presented research at the University of Utah Undergraduate Research Symposium to share my results and discuss improvements with university professors and biomedical engineering experts.

As my first job ever, I learned a lot more than how to clean an airplane's interior and exterior. I learned a lot about working hard and respecting my boss. Additionally, as a young kid, learning the concept of time management and commitment was huge in my professional development.
