I played a crucial role in founding Avature Corp in Argentina by bringing partners together and persuading them to start the business. I was responsible for hiring, training, and managing all operations in Latin America. Initially starting from an Internet cafe, I grew a team of skilled sourcers in just 6 months who then became the Alpha-testers for the Avature software.
