Fits were done with World Tour Cyclists, professional triathletes, and age group triathletes/cyclists.Physiology Testing -Conducted both VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold testing on members of the Specialized Factory XCO Mountain Bike Team.

RESEARCH FOR NIKEAs part of my Master's degree in the CU Locomotion Lab, I am studying the the efficiency and biomechanics of running shoes under the guidance of Dr. Rodger Kram, along with Dr. Wouter Hoogkamer and Shalaya Kipp. We have designed a 4-day protocol to investigate running economy in different shoes, at various speeds.I modified an existing LabVIEW code to calibrate force treadmill and collect ground reaction force and moment data from running subjects. Further analyzing it in Matlab.I have been trained in capillary finger blood sampling for this project, as well as in Vicon for 3D motion capture

RESEARCH FOR fi'zi:kContinuation of Undergraduate research where we systematically quantified Bicycle-Rider Interaction Forces (BRIF) while cycling. Now we have designed a study to examine the relationship between saddle Center of Pressure (CoP) and subject anatomy with saddle comfort.

I worked with Dr. Rodger Kram in the Locomotion Lab of the University of Colorado-Boulder's Integrative Physiology (IPHY) department. Project 1: Braking Forces and Running EconomyAs part of my job I test and interact with subjects, analyze metabolic data, and use software such as LabVIEW and MATLAB.Project 2: Biomechanics of SaddlesStudying relationship between anthropometrics and force plus center of pressure data in bicycle saddle selection for triathlon/TT bikes. I worked with the Project Management Organization (PMO) in Surgical Solutions to improve Process efficiency. Below were some of my main tasks:-Utilized Visual Basic Assistant (VBA) to automate a milestone chart creation process, reducing the time spent on creation by 88%. -Updated the project cost sheet in Excel to be more checkbook style with dynamic equations.-Created manuals for user functionality and modularity in Microsoft Project-Maintain schedule and milestone charts for Project Orion

Voted into this position by peers. Kept team running smoothly by making sure all club and university rules were being followed. Additionally, I scheduled necessary team events: Time Trials, practices, meetings, social events. Delegated the necessary tasks to other officers on the team. Communicated with CU officials, USA Triathlon officials, and team presidents of the Mountain Collegiate Triathlon Conference. I also led the search and hiring process for a new head coach. Being organized and communicating effectively are key to this position.

In charge of drafting and implementing a marketing and fundraising campaign for the University of Colorado Triathlon Team. Maintained and improved social media presence on Facebook and Twitter. Wrote press releases for team events such as races and volunteering events to send to local media. Developed and maintained a relationship with local media and the Boulder endurance community.

Helped customers with basic bike maintenance problems, answered bike and multisport related questions, and helped to sell items on the floor. Kept track of store inventory: both in store and by contacting the dealers directly.

During the summers of 2009 and 2010 I was responsible for the safety, well-being, and entertainment of 4th and 5th grade boys at overnight camp. For the summer of 2011 and I will be a counselor for boys and girls entering 9th grade.

Refereed boys and girls youth soccer ages seven to 14.
