In my role as SVP of Global Marketing, I was responsible for overseeing the development and effective execution of the organization’s marketing strategy. While partnering closely with each business unit, my team focused on building the SYKES brand and driving demand for the organization’s various service offerings.

I lead the strategy, account-based marketing and brand marketing teams at Clearlink. As executive vice president of strategy and brand marketing, it’s my responsibility to shape, communicate, and implement the organization’s business development and new partner acquisition strategy in a way that positions Clearlink for long-term, sustainable growth.

As VP of Strategic Accounts, my primary responsibility was to grow CLEARLINK’s existing partnerships through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Whether it be developing a new website to optimize for organic search, or a way to increase efficiencies on our sales center floor, my focus was on finding ways to generate incremental customers for the brands that CLEARLINK represents.

As a leader of the organization's day-day marketing operations, I worked to capitalize on the $4.5 billion market opportunity for direct marketing in the home services vertical by developing multi-channel strategies that generate targeted consumer leads in specific U.S. markets. The organization houses an in-house sales center that is highly proficient at converting inbound leads into new customer sales. Additionally, CLEARLINK has developed proprietary data analytics and reporting tools that optimize media buying to sustain growth and profitability. Through proficiencies in technology and in-depth knowledge of the global marketing landscape, CLEARLINK has developed an extensive content network made up of over 20,000 web properties and 9 million pages of unique content.

As the leader of the corporate marketing team for our network of 270+ individually owned marketing and communications franchises, my goal is to provide members of the AlphaGraphics Network with relevant, results-driven marketing strategy that builds and develops the AlphaGraphics brand as a whole, drives qualified sales leads to business centers, and helps franchisees understand, sell, and execute marketing campaigns for their customers in their respective markets.
