We leverage Behavioural Insights, and design randomized controlled trials to test the usability and design of government services and digital products. I am a passionate advocate for integrating science and rigorous experimentation, in user experience research and design, to improve services for businesses in Canada. I am also a passionate advocate for health research, having done my PhD in neuroscience studying the effects of diet, exercise, stress, and genetics, in the risk for mental health disorders. I currently write medical content on various illnesses for a wellness tracking startup company (Bowhead Health). I have furthered my user research and design skills with Bowhead as well, by creating wireframes and prototypes for their mobile applications.
