• Providing technical support for all Gap employees in the field, stores, distro center, and HQ.• Utilizing customer experiences to improve current process• Updating documentation when new troubleshooting steps are determined to provide to the entire support group • Escalating tickets to various vendors and partnering with other teams to support the end-user• Meeting SLA for all tickets as well as maintaining excellent customer satisfaction surveys with over 1000 interactions monthly• Creating training for new system platforms and providing hands on experience to our team and others• Identify trends and building new documentation or reporting to alleviate or nullify the issues from persisting

• Providing technical support for corporate and distribution center employees of Williams-Sonoma around the world• Documenting user problems, resolutions, and new solutions for future reference using a ticket based system • Performed first-level core troubleshooting solutions, and followed up to assist users in solving their information systems issues in a continuous user-support environment • Escalate user problems to senior analysts or other support groups when additional assistance is required for resolution

• Working with multiple software programs, such as Citrix, Exchange, Outlook, Excel, Word, IFS,Bartender, Hyperlink Terminal, Oracle, Team Viewer, and Hamachi• Assembling units using a specific guideline and incorporating engineering change orders when needed Federal• Observing equipment and error messages displayed on terminal monitor to detect faulty output or machine stoppage• Running various diagnostics using a specialized program with a Linux based OS to debug units• Touching up units based on cosmetic rules, often replacing chassis’ and top covers• Training new hires on every step of the process to assist in repair

• Moving pallets in to the warehouse from different locations and detrashing units• Receiving units electronically and physically using an Oracle based software program• Printing part-specific labels for each unit with the Teleplan Intranet• Logging data such as serial numbers, part name, quantity, developer, model, rev number, etc• Training other employees to assist in material handling and warehouse interfacing
