In this role, I oversee and manage crucial compliance initiatives that support safety, health, and operational integrity across multiple facilities.Key responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, conducting audits, and working closely with legal and operational teams to ensure our policies are always in alignment with current industry standards. I am committed to creating a safe, compliant environment for pets and their owners by actively managing licensing and permitting requirements, developing compliance training materials, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives related to safety, OSHA, and Workers’ Compensation.With a strong background in regulatory compliance, data management, and cross-functional collaboration, I bring analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintain and enhance compliance across Destination Pet’s operations.
