• Work directly with internal clients to identify issues with hardware, software, and IT services.• Field requests for access to hardware, software, internal resources.• Communicate clearly and professionally through email, on the phone, and in-person.• Track all issues (both requests and incidents) in our ticketing system.• Triage new tickets, escalating more complex issues or requests to our engineering team.• Build, configure, and deploy user MacBook’s and track deployment in ticketing system.• Lead the efforts in developing new IT processes and automation to address evolving business requirements.• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for company meetings and speaker events, including webcasting where required/• Provides excellent customer service to internal clients and communicates effectively with management, team leaders, and other team members within the department.• Assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory compliance standards surrounding security.
