I am trained to gently guide my students through physical Hatha Yoga sequences geared toward bringing flexibility and strength to all areas of the body and mind. With breath and body work combined, I help my students to cultivate a relationship with their internal body throughout practice. I guide through observing the different parts of the body as we move through sequences that build heat, strength and confidence. I have worked with all level students and have give attention to all students needs, as every Body is different. You will leave my classes feeling a sense of connection between your mind, body and breath, as well as feeling an overall sensation of calm. Managed day-to-day administrative duties as it related to the naturopathic practice and as requested by Dr. Figoski. Main point of contact for all new and established patients. Managed all aspects of referrals and scheduled new patients as they inquired about the practice, ensuring the patients needs aligned with the main areas of focus the doctor works within. Managed established patient needs as it related to scheduling, refill requests, service summary requests, lab requests, invoicing, patient chart organization, reconciling any issues with labs and patient billing. Worked to keep the office a clean and professional environment for patients to feel comfortable and welcome.

Received unique and extensive training in the trade show industry which sets her apart from all others with the same tenure. This training allowed her to cross train within all departments, developing an extensive and clear understanding for what best practices are needed to produce an efficient and successful customer event. With this knowledge and years of event planning experience, Jesse continues to prove as a crucial member to any team. She is highly resourceful, innovative and sensitive to timelines, budgets and customer service needs. Supported and assisted multiple National Account Managers around the U.S. with daily tasks and requests received from internal team members, clients and vendors. Gained great exposure to the processes and work flow necessary to execute small to large events in the trade show industry.

Managed day to day tasks to help keep the non-profit college radio station up-to-date with continuously changing musical trends. Managed a team of (5) students that rotated every semester. Personally previewed and chose all music/songs to be played during the Monday-Friday morning 7am - 11am 'Morning Rock Block'. Created song tracking sheets for each morning DJ to track the songs that were played and chosen by the listeners to play. Had weekly interaction with college music journals to provide accurate numbers on popular songs that were played throughout the week. Was an active "Morning Rock Block" DJ every Wednesday morning from 9am-11am - with radio announcer alias 'DJ J.J.Jams". Helped train new DJ's on the switch boards and on-air requirements/restrictions set by the FCC.
