With my experience in the events and service industry, managing large-scale events and conferences nationwide, I bring a unique approach into my guidance as a movement facilitator in the Yoga industry.I provide articulate queueing, helping to make the physical practice of Yoga accessible, fun and practical for individuals who have limited experience. I’ve found a niche teaching in corporate and office environments while living in San Francisco, CA and have been able to continue this niche living in Boise ID. I love to make a Yoga practice accessible and something students look forward to doing again.I now find myself teaching clients virtually, which connects me nation and world-wide. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring Yoga into a conference environment, as well and enjoy providing conference attendee's with a meaningful break and awareness of the practice as we usually get a lot of first timers to Chair Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation or Eye Yoga. I personally enjoy bridging the gap between childhood and adulthood with Yoga and mindfulness techniques that children and adults alike can bring with them throughout their days at a desk and in sometimes, stressful environments.
