Conceptualized, managed, and produced an annual calendar of activities, marketing campaigns, and events designed to engage, acknowledge, and upgrade donors. Through in-person experiences, mailings, and digital strategies (social, video, email), we launched and grew new social media platforms/audiences, doubled our annual donors, continually broke event fundraising records, increased employee payroll deduction donations, and recruited 100+ volunteers and ambassadors for new initiatives.
