Director of Marketing - As the Director of Marketing, I handle our conference social media platforms, create marketing plans based off of data I've collected from previous years marketing and registration information, responsible for running our pre-conference webinars, promoting them, and doing all the tasks associated with the process(image creation, website creation/updates, link creation, etc)Manager of Field OperationsAs the Manager of Field Operations, I'm in charge of handling all conference concierges(Sponsor, Speaker, and Attendee) during both pre, during, and post conference. At the conference, I'm in charge of making sure everyone(Sponsors, Speakers, Staff, Attendees) get where they either need to be going or where they're supposed to be. I also work with the hotel management team to solve any and all problems quickly, quietly, and effectively. Speaker Concierge - As the speaker concierge, I'm the main point of contact for all speakers whose presentations have been approved by the Program Chair. I handle all communication with the speakers, ensuring they are completing their action items in a timely manner, assisting them with any problems they might face, both during the pre-conference and on-site at the conference venue, and any other task that may be required.

Protects property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

Responsible for helping customers, deterring theft, and assisting Asset Protection.

Maintained constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency. Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Closing and Opening Guard, and Supervisor.
