• Developed several cross-team partnerships between finance and operations to improve margins and identify areas of cost containment/reduction for the Company• Pivoted the finance team during the pandemic to reduce discretionary spending, improve margins and increase cash flow• Secured an additional $75 million term loan extension on the company’s existing debt structure to increase liquidity, and entered into a fixed interest rate swap for risk reduction on variable interest rates• Implemented recurring meetings with IT to create efficiencies and ensure risk mitigation projects were prioritized appropriately• Day-to-day management of financial planning and analysis, contract review, mergers and acquisition, investor relations, accounting, cash management, treasury and tax oversight responsibilities

• Business partner to Division General Managers and senior leadership in six locations on the east coast overseeing financial results and operational investments for the organization• Identified a significant cost savings in material use by finding a less expensive (yet equally effective) alternative leading to an increase in profitability for the Company upwards of $1M per year• Refinanced the company’s debt structure to enhance cash flow and reduce interest expense for ownership• Implemented a new payroll platform for added functionality at a reduced cost• Led day-to-day accounting, purchasing, cost reduction projects, and some HR and IT oversight responsibilities

• Business partner to executives, department owners/operations senior leadership and led a finance team of over 20 global team members (eight direct reports)• Achieved profitability targets by collaborating with various departments within the organization; coaching teams on margin improvement, rate recovery during the contract quoting process, and ensuring engineering teams were accountable on work in process projects• Led a resource allocation project to analyze an unprofitable product line that was ultimately discontinued, saving the Company $4 million per year• Responsibilities included ongoing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring actual financial results with budgeted amounts, contract review, and quarterly preparation of board of directors presentations• Led the Company through five completed acquisitions (on the buy side and sell side) and nine potential acquisitions • Administer of two debt facilities ranging from $50 million to $215 million in value

• Designed and implemented many process improvement initiatives that led to increased production throughput, reduction of cost, and improvement in job responsibilities• Led the centralization of accounting functions, payroll and AP/AR, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, integrity and customer service• Participated in a management team overseeing the upgrade of two ERP systems• Implemented tax strategies that improved the company’s cash flow and reduced tax rates upwards of 30%
