Following Cisco’s $1.9B BroadSoft acquisition in 2018, he worked with other internal leaders to successfully integrate BroadSoft technologies into Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio (Webex) as a successful UCaaS platform; that project led to the explosive growth of the Webex Calling business, which expanded from incubation to 10 million subscribers in less than four years. A repeat winner of Cisco sales awards, Jesse leverages his Collaboration business knowledge, strategic sales strategies and exceptional relationship skills to help grow Cisco’s Cloud Calling and Contact Center business. Before joining Cisco, Jesse served as network manager for The Granite Group, where he was responsible for designing and implementing an 18-site Cisco IP Telephony solution for the top-ranked wholesale distributor of plumbing and heating supplies. Prior to that, he was an engineer with Callisma, a network consulting company specializing in network design. Jesse also worked with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a senior network engineer.
