Perform a diverse range of investment banking services for developers and energy services company clients serving the commercial and industrial, municipal, and MUSH markets. Project technology focus is renewable energy, energy efficiency, and distributed generation technologies. Primary roles and responsibilities include managing and advising clients on strategic and financial goals, sell-side/buy-side assignments on M&A transactions, project valuation, raising capital, transaction structuring, and performing a myriad of services related to the origination and execution of potential financing or investment opportunities. Products and services include:• Project financing structures (development and project equity, construction and term debt, mezzanine, tax equity)• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) involving renewable energy and power systems (CHP/CUP, wind, solar, biogas, geothermal,hydroelectric)• Leases: operating, capital leases, tax-advantaged including sale-leaseback and leveraged lease models • Securitization of contract receivables through energy services agreements and performance contracts • Valuation – Analyses include DCF and growth models, comparable/precedent transactions and multiples, and other analyses valuing Equity transactions including exit strategies. (Predevelopment/development capital, project equity, tax equity, Preferred equity, etc.)• Public/Private Partnerships and Public Finance (Taxable and Tax-exempt, concession agreements)

• Create proposals and presentations, devise graphs and spreadsheets, and conduct research for financing opportunities within the real estate and energy sectors.• Provide on-going deal support including research, term sheet creation, and cash flow modeling and analysis for "shared savings" and "off-balance sheet" energy efficiency transactions and projects involving renewable energy generation utilizing sale leaseback and partnership-flip structures, equity arrangements, and/or power purchase agreements.
