Exploring to find what makes customers buy, adopt, and coming back for more is what makes work not feel so much like work for me. I have found listening to customers goes a lot further than rambling on about each detail within the value proposition. I have a knack for communicating to customers’ needs, finding and integrating solutions based on a problem they may not have even known existed. Adventuring to find ways I can add value to others is most important to me. But the exploration doesn’t end there! In the fall of 2016, I had the privilege to study and intern at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. From there I visited 6 other countries and interacted with many different cultures and nationalities. Studying and interning abroad taught me how to enhance my communication skills and market to different cultures. I am currently still involved within the travel space working as a Customer Experience Specialist for Carlson Wagonlit Travel. In my free time? You guessed it - still exploring as much as I can. You can find me venturing through the $1 bin at the local record store or hiking up a mountain somewhere. I tend to be brutally honest and even more optimistic, like seriously optimistic. I believe this makes me a joy to have in the office and a value to my colleagues and friends.
