As StoryDirector, I provide oversight and creative energy for all content creation in the StoryBuilders ecosystem. As part of the core leadership team, I direct a group of StoryArchitects and StoryArtisans who bring books, digital experiences, learning content, keynotes, scripts, and other content pieces to life. Roles and ResponsibilitiesStoryPartner Engagement -Ideate during discovery calls to add value, determine needs, and determine if a potential StoryPartner is a good fit.-Facilitate kickoff calls with new StoryPartners to set the tone and expectations for the project, learn more about their story and vision, and determine next steps. -Work to quickly establish trust and rapport with StoryPartners and follow up regularly.Creative Insight-Spark high-level ideation and creativity, vision casting, and direction for projects.-Work with the CEO and Lead Story Architect to establish timeline, milestones, and checkpoints for each project. -Periodically jump into calls to assist the StoryArchitect and reinforce the team dynamic with the StoryPartner.-Help team members get “unstuck” on creative projects.Learning and Development-Collate learning material—books, podcasts, articles, videos—to help make our team better.-Teach and coach the team on best practices and how to grow in their roles-Provide one-on-one coaching and growth plans for the team. -Create and deploy learning workshops for the team. Organizational Leadership-Lead weekly ops calls to check on status of projects and identify roadblocks.-Lead weekly team calls to develop the culture and camaraderie of a virtual team.-Sounding board for the CEO on direction, future work, etc.-Comic relief and heart for the team with dad jokes and witty puns. Project Management and Planning-Collaborate with the Lead Story Architect to guide projects from start to finish. -Optimize the systems and processes that enable us to grow effectively and finish projects in a timely and profitable manner.

The Gwinnett Advancement Program (GAP) serves the needs of 16 to 21 year old at risk youth who wish to obtain their GED and the necessary skills to enter the workforce. In addition to teaching the five core disciplines of the GED, we provide other "life skills" such as resume writing, household budgeting, Georgia Work Ready certification and career exploration services. Students who enter the program receive assistance with expenses in order to give them every advantage to succeed.

Adjunct Instructor for the Residential Construction Management degree program. Relevant coursework includes Computerized Construction Scheduling, Construction Contracting and Residential Estimating Review.

Lead students in an accelerated two week class in order to bolster their pre-algebra scores on the ACT Compass college placement exam. Students are required to work on such fundamentals as order of operations, integers, fractions, decimals, percents, proportions, and real numbers.
