Led the product design team following an exit to Shell. Collaborated closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business leadership to grow our digital channel, enter new markets and lower cost of acquisition. Led website and funnel overhaul that increased online conversions by nearly 400%. Introduced a referral program that yields daily subscribers at the lowest CAC of all sales channels. Implemented an abandoned cart flow with a ~10% success rate. Developed an alpha product to expand reach in new market.
