I am a passionate leader with diverse experience in Pricing and Promotions, Information Technology and Human Resources. I'm currently leading Target's Enterprise Promo Operations and Support team. As of 2018, I lead a retail operations team where the focus is on operational effectiveness, process excellence and optimization, efficiency and accuracy in our promotional plans and strategies. I have ~15 yrs experience across large multi-national organizations. Previously, I was a Target Expatriate living and working in Bangalore, India for a 3 yr assignment chartered to recruit top local leadership and develop the local corporate culture. 10 yrs experience in Human Resources; mainly in headhunting, corporate recruiting, executive recruiting, organizational effectiveness and training. I'm also involved in different internal and external initiatives which focus on driving different cultural priorities around diversity, inclusiveness, leadership brand, online brand and overall organizational change.A side interest of mine is career coaching. For years, I've helped many of my friends and colleagues with their different career goals, for example creating or proofing resumes, interviewing and executive presence coaching and job hunting. This coming year my goal is to be a certified Career Coach.I'm also very passionate about diversity in the workplace, in my team, diversity in my friendships, and in my life experiences.
