This position was a summer position, and consisted of the summers of 2013 and 2014. The job provided invaluable experience in time management, self-management, and critical thinking. The position was extremely autonomous with the only direction coming at the end of each work week. The entire week was spent on the road without supervision, which forced each employee to hold themselves accountable for the assigned workload. In the second summer was responsible for training and on-boarding a new traffic counter in the opening week.
