I monitor/maintain/configure both laptops/desktops for our test beds which use the TESSALink software. When new versions are released, I download/install them on all of our test bed computers remotely. I handle all company cell phones which includes purchasing, configuring, cancellations, suspensions and repairs or replacements. I also handle the telecom for all of our locations which includes the installation of new phones at some locations, configurations or changes to existing lines and dealing with outside providers at other locations. On top of all this, I also help with our help desk ticketing system and on-call rotation. I've handled other projects as well such as location tear downs which required the moving of all equipment such as computers, printers, servers, etc., either to another office or just put in storage. I am part of a 3 person IT team which currently handles 25 locations from the state of Washington all the way to Pennsylvania.

I provided support, both on site and remotely, to 20+ wireless users who work offsite. I was responsible for ordering, receiving, configuring, and deploying equipment which includes laptops, mobile scanners, blackberry's, Android phones and wireless air cards.

As a LCPL in the United States Marine Corps, I performed all of my duties as instructed, both in a professional manner and with a sense of urgency. The Marine Corps taught me a lot about myself, what my capabilities are and about loyalty, respect, integrity, and teamwork. Without teamwork, the Marine Corps wouldn't be what it is today, one of the most feared military branches in the world. While in the Marine Corps, I was stationed at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay. Although it was considered paradise, it was a long way from home and everything I knew growing up. Other than boot camp in San Diego, this was the farthest I've ever been from home and my family. My MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) was a Postal Clerk (0161), so I worked in the Post Office on the base. We would receive mail for over 10,000 Marines and Sailors on a daily basis. Once received, we would sort and distribute the mail to the individual Units on base. As a Marine, I was also a basic infantry rifleman and as such, I was also a 5th Award Rifle Expert, I received two Certificates of Commendation, was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, and I received an award for participation in the Marine Corps Birthday Pageant where I represented and dressed in the uniform from the Banana Wars in 1974. I am both honored and proud of my time in the Marine Corps and it will always be cherished and remembered by me.
