Summary: I managed a team of 2 people coordinating transportation of Non-Food products in France (25 warehouses). I reported to the Assistant Head of Logistics Department. 12 000 transport orders/year - 3 million euros budget.Main responsibilities:• Procurement: Benchmarked and negotiated contract terms with external partners in order to build trustworthy relationships. Followed up and developed existing partnerships with appropriate management.• Project management: Managed several supply chain projects (packing, stacking, change management …) in order to reduce costs meeting deadlines. Identified trends and areas of improvement in order to improve internal processes linked to operational organisation and administrative procedures (pooling of logistical resources, lasting contractor relationship, weekly administrative checking …).• Data analysis: Defined, controlled and analysed contractor’s performance by setting up different KPI's. Summary: I worked in a team of 5 people in order to prepare and schedule deliveries from the warehouse to stores. I reported to the Warehouse Manager. Shipping volume represented 1 500 pallets/day and 60 rounds/day. I worked with flexible hours (day or night shift).Main responsibilities:• Planning: Prepared daily fulfilment activities reports on WMS and Excel and reviewed schedules, to ensure that retailing stores are delivered On Time In Full by taking into account constraints of delivery.• Administration and controlling: Executed daily shipping functions (organised and controlled loadings, edited transport documents, analysed cold chain integrity, drove on-time delivery performance).• Inventory: Participated in inventory management and results analysis. In charge of the pallets’ stock in the warehouse (risk alert management, stock allocation …)

Summary: I worked in a stand-alone position to coordinate transportation of Non-Food products. I reported to the Project Manager responsible for Non-Food products (Position I occupied in Sept.2016)Main responsibilities:• Coordination: Used forecast data identifying needs to optimise occupancy rate without overstocking warehouses, communicated with different stakeholders, sent purchased orders to contractors.• Monitoring and controlling: Followed up transportation to ensure that every order is complete (from loading to delivery) and arrive on time at destination.• Flexibility: Handled emergencies (sick driver, broken down trucks, snow …) and found solutions to get the order fulfilled.

Summary: I began as a crew member, then got promoted trainer, and finally operations shift manager. I reported to the restaurant director. I worked in 3 different places which required to be highly adaptable.Main responsibilities:• Management: Lead a team from 3 to 30 people to ensure an efficient service for customers.
