Summary: I managed a team of 2 people coordinating transportation of Non-Food products in France (25 warehouses). I reported to the Assistant Head of Logistics Department. 12 000 transport orders/year - 3 million euros budget.Main responsibilities:• Procurement: Benchmarked and negotiated contract terms with external partners in order to build trustworthy relationships. Followed up and developed existing partnerships with appropriate management.• Project management: Managed several supply chain projects (packing, stacking, change management …) in order to reduce costs meeting deadlines.
