-Ad-hoc live mobile applications and follow test plans for future releases to locate, research and document bugs.-Create test plans to have QA accurately research and fully test upcoming features.-Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Sales and LiveOps to ensure that our latest content is free of errors and acceptable for Live release.-Assist Pod Lead with work delegation and tester mentoring, along with assuming Point of Contact responsibilities when needed.-Keep track of Tester activity for logging Test Request hours.-Assist Costumer Service with player experiences in the event any bugs have been discovered in the live environment.
