- Oversaw installation of strain gauges on orbiter manipulator positioning mechanism, external tank umbilical doors, and landing gear. Collected and analyzed strain gauge data to characterize system loads to aid in.
- Worked on runway convoy team for orbiter landing, inspecting brakes, wheels, and tires shortly after touchdown.

- Designed flight components and ground support equipment for the Citizen Explorer spacecraft including sun sensor housings, boom deployment switch mechanism, various component mounting brackets, and test fixture adapter.
- Performed ANSYS finite element analysis of entire spacecraft to determine vibration resonance modes.
- Created Mastercam tool paths from solid models; machined, assembled, and tested many spacecraft components.
- Mentored and managed younger student engineers on the team.
