Miller, MBA, CPM®, CAPS, ACoM, ARM®, NAAEI Faculty, SHCM, CAM, NALP, is a three-time, national award winning real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in asset management, program development, strategic planning, and administration. He leads Greystar Hawai‘i, founded the Pacific Housing Association, is chair of the National Apartment Association’s Global Outreach Committee, and serves on the Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California & Hawai‘i Board. His contributions to Hawai‘i’s long-term rental housing industry have been featured in Pacific Business News, Maui Now, the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce Magazine, and MidWeek Hawai‘i.Before joining Greystar, Mr. Miller was the director of multi-family properties for Phillips Real Estate Services.
